Alpine Valley Post Acute and Healthcare Center received the AHCA/NCAL Bronze Commitment to Quality Award and earned a Five-Star Overall rating from CMS. Formerly known as Spang Crest, the center provides post-hospital care, subacute rehab, and long-term care.
